Frequently Asked Questions
How is usage calculated?
Pricing is based on the number of pull requests (PRs) processed per month. Each plan includes a specific monthly PR limit, and all features are available regardless of the number of repositories.
Important: A PR is counted once per billing month, the first time MergeGuard evaluates it. Subsequent updates to the same PR within the same billing month do not count toward your limit.
Can I try before buying?
Yes! The Free tier is fully functional and includes all core features. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime as your needs grow.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and can arrange invoicing for Business customers.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my PR limit?
If you exceed your monthly PR limit, you’ll need to upgrade to a higher tier. We’ll notify you before any limits are reached and provide options to upgrade seamlessly.
